53000 and counting!

The Fallen is taking shape nicely.

This is going to be a big book for me. I'm guessing I'm about a third of the way through the part of the story that is earmarked for this second book of the Ascention War series. I'm both looking forward to and dreading the first battle of Dawn in this book. The outline has it at five chapters right now, twitch.

On other topics, life is good. The weather is bad. My hopes are high.

Baen Books has had Cedeforthy for four months now. Keep your fingers crossed my hypothetical blog readers. With economy the way it is... you never know.

Busy working

Now that I'm over the EGGNOG INCIDENT, I'm back to work on the second book in my Ascension War series: The Fallen.

I'm very pleased with my progress so far, 44,000 words. I've averaged 2000 a day for the past week. If this continues I'll have the book done in a few weeks! Yeah, I know, it'll just be ready for line-editing and rewrites, but still, I'll celebrate.
