Drifting away...

I must be starting a new trend. I skipped November completely.

Wow, has it been that long?

I get busy typing, look up, and notice that it has been over a month since I posted on here. What happened? Well, I got twenty thousand words into my book and then decided to start over. Sigh. I had to move the story-line forward six months to get to the meat of the story.

I may eventually post the deleted chapters as short stories once the first book is out. Something to bridge the gap to the second, so to speak.

Wind Storm of Doom!

Okay,

Am I the only person a little freaked-out that Kentucky got hit by tropical storm force winds?

I lucked-out here in Erlanger. I only lost power for three days. There were over eight-hundred thousand homes effected. Some places still don't have power. Yuck!

On a brighter note, I think it is time to send out Cedeforthy to an editor.

Wish me luck!

Back from Albuquerque

I went to Bubonicon, a science fiction/fantasy convention in Albuquerque. I had a great time meeting everyone. A special thanks to authors Jane Lindskold and Debbie Lynn Smith for their advice and moral support. I look forward to visiting Bubonicon again next year.

I love the Southwest! I want to move out there. It is very pretty and I could actually breathe for once. The air is much nicer than the swamp water I have to breathe around Cincinnati.
